I have an awesome friend. Her name is Danielle. We both love photography, christmas time, Big Sky Cafe, our boyfriends, and going on adventures. So what do I mean by “adventure?” The dictionary defines it as an exciting or very unusual experience, but to me it is so much more. It is a chance to hang out with a great friend, let go of everything on my mind, and shoot for fun. That’s not to say I don’t have fun at every photo shoot I do, because trust me, my clients know I have fun! lol. But an adventure is free of expectations and rules, there is no clock and no guidlines to follow.
Being able to shoot for myself is huge. When life starts to get a little overwhelming, you start to reach a point of insanity, and you feel like a headless chicken, take a moment and do something you enjoy. For some that could mean..painting, taking a walk, knitting, sitting down with your favorite cup of hot tea, scrapbooking, playing with your kids…
I just want to take pictures.
So that is what we did. We drove around, scouted out some really cool locations, and shot away! This post is Part 1 of our shoot. Danielle also took photos of me! Ah! I am SO not used to being in front of the camera, and I can’t say that I particularly like it, haha. However, I did need some new photos of myself and the bonus is that I am put in YOUR shoes, so I know how you feel. 
But until I get those photos and have a chance to edit them, here is my friend. I had so much fun taking these! I really believe they represent who Danielle is, inside and out.
